Twiglet #25

25-calmdry
A twiglet is a short phrase. Or a word. Maybe two. Its aim is to “prompt” a flow. A thought. A memory. If something comes to mind, write. A polished piece isn’t the goal; creativity is. Leave a link, if you’d like your work read, but note that comments should not be expected. Twiglets are posted on Tuesdays

      1. Oh it was a nice get-a-way. But almost every hotel had several restaurants, and their own casino. Plenty of shopping if that is your thing..and bars if you like to drink. but the same high end stores could be found any and everywhere (like in most airports) one is a ‘captive’ audience.

We walked everywhere, stayed out of the sun during the middle of the day – (we tend to burn badly). I did get in the ocean and collected some coral bits. Just the time alone with my hubby and no schedule was nice.

I think it doesn’t matter where one goes there will always be hawkers of some kind selling what they think is valuable to you as the tourist. I’d venture that every island has it’s own company trying to sell time-shares. And if you like to go to one place every year…that might be good for you…
