Twiglet #71

A twiglet is a short phrase. Or a word. Its aim is to “prompt” a flow. A thought. A memory. If something comes to mind, write. A polished piece isn’t the goal; creativity is. Leave a link, if you’d like your work read, but comments should not be expected. Twiglets are posted on Tuesdays.

  1. Still in New England… and hopefully getting a new pair of glasses this evening…
Next time when I take off my glasses on a walk I’ll put them in an inside coat pocket…
    Intuition was screaming and I didn’t listen…
Anyway I played again with a new form and added stanzas to:
    Pied?

      1. I had an issue with a troll and had to shut down my Gems blog, so when I started this one – I have every comment go through moderation. I am not the only blogger who does this.
I also get less spam that way. I haven’t had one ounce of spam since I moderate all comments.

          1. I had that blog for a long time – now it’s private, until I can take everything off. I was told by someone else that you can never really delete a WP blog… But at least I sort of figured out how to start up another one. Even with all the changes WP makes. Also now you can delete followers if you think they are not a fit. I had to do that the other day with someone who was ‘selling’ wrinkle cream – had only that one post and nothing in an about page.

So far my other two blogs are OK. I think the ‘troll’ just went after the most active of blogs…

    I thick; therefore, I’m jam.

    2
    Grandma knew how.

    3
Thick, Herman, last time I handed out pencils.

    4
When he lies, he cuts it thick.

    5
    Thin scrapings can resurrect love.

    6
Thick out your tongue, thed the doctor.
    Your tongue is green.
