A twiglet is a short phrase. Or a word. Its aim is to “prompt” a flow. A thought. A memory. If something comes to mind, write. A polished piece isn’t the goal; creativity is. Leave a link, if you’d like your work read, but comments should not be expected. Twiglets are posted on Tuesdays.
If you can catch it in the right light via a photograph… you could sell it and make millions… or just enjoy the natural art. When I was looking up about snail trails I saw some artists actually dipped snails in paint and put them on canvas. Others put the snails in patterns on sand – took before and after photos… of the patterns the snails made.
At least if the snail is on your roof you won’t hear any pitter patter like birds or squirrels 🙂

There really is more information than I thought about a snail’s slick.
I’ve only touched the surface… with a not so fiction…haibun:

There’s a slug trail going straight up the side of my house. I think it’s still up on the roof!
