Maybe plate-onic love
means friends with benefits
of gravy and stuffing,
our salad days bowled over
with clingy adoration like
Saran Wrap.
Or better: think tectonics –
my North America crashing
into Eurasia, loving up mountains
into fault lines, the range of emotions
become rifts in our philosophy of
the sea.
I’ll try to catch up on reading soon. Hubby had a Hazmat call in the middle of the night and I didn’t get much sleep either… for now – and no I didn’t misspell the word: #52 Personalty
