I have long personal experience of this exact same type of headache. I used to take something called Sinutab for them.

I took ibuprofen because acetaminophen has never worked for me. Since I was diagnosed with a heart condition, my doctor says no more ibuprofen. Now I take a couple of extra strength acetaminophen and cross my fingers. If it looks like it will be a severe sinus headache, I’ll go back to my old formula, but I avoid the ibuprofen when I can.
Thanks for the prompt. 🙂

No problem, David, and it’s a lovely poem.

I also removed the “u” – I’m American in life and spelling!
